Following a review, we have been duly informed by Companies House that Gaslight Co-operative LTD has been registered with Companies House as a limited company under registration number 14645830.
In accordance with the resolution of the original shareholders, Xingyu Liu is currently acting as the initial director of Gaslight Co-operative. Xingyu Liu will be responsible for the initial administration of the registration of Gaslight Co-operative, including registering the company accounts for Gaslight and handling the finances. xingyu Liu will also be responsible for the administration of Gaslight Co-operative in accordance with The Board of Directors will commence operations as soon as possible after a full meeting is held to elect new directors as required by the Articles of Association.
Gaslight is currently running two news projects and hopes to explore new ones soon.
